A Sukhoi SSJ100, jet operated by Aeroflot, caught fire during a hard emergency landing on Sunday.
Aeroflot flight SU 1492 enroute Murmansk declared a May day and had to make an emergency landing at Sheremetyevo Airport near Mosco.
The plane had 73 passengers and 5 crew members on board. 37 people survived the crash using emergency slides deployed when the aircraft came to a halt, while 41 people are confirmed dead according to the airline and Russian aviation sources.
