About 14 tourists from Lagos holidaying at the famous Kajuru Castle Resorts in Kaduna State, North West Nigeria were on Good Friday attacked by suspected kidnappers.

In the aftermath of the attack two of the tourists identified as Ms Faye Mooney a Briton working for Mercy Corps Nigeria and Mathew Oguche a Nigerian working for an international NGO Safety Organisation were both killed while three others were kidnapped
The Kajuru incident again brings to the fore the insecurity of lifes and the attendant consequences for Nigeria as a Tourist destination of choice.
